Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. on all orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are typically delivered 1-5 business days after shipping. Tracking details will be provided by email as soon as the order is shipped.

 We also offer free return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns.

Return Policy

We at the Western Shops want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you ordered the wrong size or have any other issues with your purchase, you may exchange or return your order for free, with a prepaid return label. In order to be eligible for returns:

  1. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition (no creases or wear on the soles).

  2. All returns must include the original packaging.

  3. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

A valid order number is required to process any returns or exchanges. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items we’re unable to match to an order in our system.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. We are not responsible for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased from The Western Shops.

Refunds

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was received, please contact email us at support@thewesternshops.com for assistance.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Order Changes/Special Requests

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your boots arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed.

Defective/Flawed Products

Repeated Returns

We offer free shipping & returns to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions. Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the addition of a shipping charge, restocking fees for future returns, or future orders being refused.
