Some of our boots tend to vary in fit. Make sure to check product details to see the fit of the boot.
Your boots should feel snug right out of the box to ensure a long-lasting fit. The natural leather on our boots will naturally stretch and mold to the contours of your feet making the boot personalized to you.
Keep in mind, your boots should be snug but still be comfortable to wear. The boots may feel a little tight at first, but they will soften and mold to your feet.
Our boots are handcrafted in Mexico by skilled artisans using traditional boot making techniques using the highest quality materials.
We want you to feel great every time you wear your boots. If the fit isn't quite right or something is not as expected, no worries. We offer free returns so you can easily exchange or return your pair. Please view our return policy here.
Returns must be new and unworn with tags attached and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase on receipt. We cannot accept boots for return that show signs of wear, such as scuff marks on soles.

Keep in mind, your boots should be snug but still be comfortable to wear. The boots may feel a little tight at first, but they will soften and mold to your feet.
When trying on your boots, here are a few key signs of a proper fit:
- A snug yet comfortable fit through the midfoot, both on the top and sides, so your foot feels secure.
- The widest part of the boot should be in the ball of your foot, allowing your toes to rest comfortably in the boot.
- A slight heel slip is normal when first trying them on and will reduce as the boots break in.
For the first 5–8 wears, aim to keep your boots on for about 2–3 hours at a time. Regular use allows your natural body heat and moisture to soften the leather, helping it mold to your foot. Over time, the heel, insole, and outsole will gradually conform to your shape, creating a more flexible and comfortable fit.
Product &Quality
Our boots are constructed with genuine leather, providing a natural water resistance when needed. However, we do not recommend testing the limits in deep puddles. They'll handle a little splash just fine, but they prefer to stay stylish and dry.
Note: Some of our boots, such as our calf hair boots, don't handle water as well as the others, so we recommend keeping them as dry as you can.
Goodyear welt construction is the gold standard in footwear, used in only a small percentage of the highest-quality boots and shoes. This method creates a strong, nearly waterproof seal at the insole while also making the boots fully resoleable for years of continued wear.
In this construction, the welt is stitched to the upper and insole rib, and then attached to the outsole with a separate stitch. Both stitching points use a durable lockstitch, which helps prevent unraveling even if a section of thread wears down over time. While this process is more time-intensive and requires specialized craftsmanship, it results in a boot that is exceptionally durable, dependable, and built to last for years to come.
